Show the status of print jobs in the print queue
The lpq command is used to display the status information of print jobs in the print queue.
lpq (options)
-E: Force encryption when connecting to the server;
-P <printer>: Specify the printer whose queue status is to be displayed;
-U <username>: Specify an optional username;
-a: Report jobs for all printers;
-h <server>: Specify the print server information;
-l: Use long format for output;
+: Specify the interval for updating the status display.
